Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting an independent designer. Every order is personally packed and shipped with care.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 weeks of the order being placed. Processing times may be slightly longer during new collection launches, holidays, or periods of high demand. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery after shipment: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping
We ship internationally via USPS and DHL. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Estimated delivery after shipment: 7–21 business days depending on destination country.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are unable to control delivery timelines. Delays caused by carrier issues, weather, customs clearance, or holidays are outside of our control. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. We recommend ensuring your delivery address is secure at the time of ordering. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local post office or carrier directly as a first step.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to make the correction before your order ships.
