We stand behind every piece we design and want you to love what you ordered.
Refunds
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued as store credit within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Size Exchanges
Not the right fit? We’ll make it right. Size exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Please contact us with your order number and the size you need and we’ll reserve the replacement while we await your return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you — no return required for damaged items.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your store credit or exchange to be processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once complete.
